Mary’s Helping Hand Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate all of our clients fairly, we’ve established the following cancellation guidelines:

Notice Period: We kindly ask that cancellations be made no less than seven days prior to the scheduled class. After seven days no refund will be giving. This allows us the chance to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations can be made either through email at [email protected] or by phone (contact details below).

Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel within seven days of your class, we will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your class to another time or date, subject to availability, at no extra charge.

No-Shows: Unexcused absences, will result in a charge for accommodations.

Transfer of Service: If necessary, a client may assign their booking to another individual who has not yet registered for our services, without incurring any fees. The relevant paperwork such as applications requirements for this change must be submitted to us prior to the scheduled service.
