Mary’s Helping Hand Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate all of our clients fairly, we’ve established the following cancellation guidelines:

Notice Period: We kindly ask that cancellations be made no less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. This allows us the chance to offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations can be made either through email at [email protected] or by phone (contact details below).

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, or failing to show up, will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Transfer of Service: If necessary, a client may assign their booking to another individual who has not yet registered for our services, without incurring any fees. The relevant paperwork such as applications requirements for this change must be submitted to us prior to the scheduled service.

Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling your service to another time or date, subject to availability, at no extra charge.
